Brooklyn- 4 Months

Look at that big smile!  What a joy and blessing you are!  We thank God every day for you!

In the last month you have...

Sat in your highchair for the first time to be at the table with mommy and daddy!

Started hugging your Lolly and your blanket.

Started wearing size 2 diapers, and 3-6 month clothes.

Had an appointment with the Opthamologist for an eye exam and an eye infection (which you received a prescription for!). Turns out you have 1mm ptosis (which just means your left eye opens a little less than your right eye) not a big deal, according tot he doctor!

Experienced your first superbowl party!

Had another play date with Evie, Henry, Ella, Grant, Abi, Ethan, and Malachi! (Thank you Miss Rachel for the invite!)

Went to your first basketball game... Cousin Rochelle's, (you were scared of all the noise at first, then you got bored and fell asleep!)

Figured out how to get that toy in your mouth!

 Found your feet!

Had your first Valentine's Day!

Here are more of our favorite pictures of you this month!

Loves to chew on her arm!

Brooklyn- 3 Months

Wow! Three months already! Time certainly flies!  This last month has been one filled with a lot of laughter!  Especially from you!  This month you...

Had a Checkup... You weighed 9lbs. 13 oz.

We waited another week to get your shots, because you got a cold!  You didn't like those one bit! (But neither did mommy!)

Discovered your tongue...(you and mommy like to stick your tongues out at each other!)

Had your first Christmas!

I love this one of you!

Went to the Mall of America for the first time!

Laughed at mommy for the first time! I wish I could have gotten it on tape!

Switched to 3-6 Months clothes!  You are too tall for your 0-3 month clothes!
Moved up to 4oz. bottles!  You even held the bottle for yourself for about 30 secs! You are getting so big!

You discovered your hands and love to eat them!

More favorite pictures from this month are...

Reading with Grandma and Evie!

Look at the sparkle in your eyes, and your beautiful smile!

You still love your paci! (On the occasion you take it!)

#29 Get A Massage

If you ever get a chance, get a massage!  It was truly great!  My husband, trying to help me finish my 30 b4 30, got me a massage for Christmas!  And since I am an awesome wife, I took him with me!  We only got 30 min. massages this time but will definitely get the full body one next time!  So worth the money!

Brooklyn- 2 Months

The second month with you has been nothing but pure joy and amazement for us!  You have brought so much happiness to our lives and we can't imagine our lives without you!

This month you have:

Started "talking" (which is too cute!)

Seen your first snow...

Had your first "flu" (which consisted only of vomiting everytime you ate and then smiling when you were done).

Your first Thanksgiving at Auntie Kari and Uncle Tim's.

Your acting debut, in which you played baby Jesus in the church's Singing Christmas Tree program! (you did so good!)

 (with Mary and Joseph)

Your first time reaching for something (a little orange fish while in a swing at Rachel and Kyle's).

Here are some of our favorite pictures of you this month!

You love your paci!

And your daddy!

Love this face!
